Flood Infusion Treatment

Flood infusion waterproofing involves flooding a concrete slab (e.g., a tiled bathroom floor) with a chemical infusion solution for several hours to allow deep penetration into the slab through grout joints or porous surfaces. At Winborne, we use our proprietary Winborne Permeate-Seal solution, which is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly product specifically formulated for tiled and concrete floor leakage.

For leakage at exposed areas such as tiled balconies where it is not feasible to soak the floor with chemical solution for several hours, we use a high-pressure pumping system to inject the chemical solution into the concrete slab. This waterproofing method is called Infusion Treatment, and it is commonly used for tiled balconies, car porches, and kitchen floors.
