Window Waterproofing
Water seepage around windows is a very common issue, especially during heavy rainstorms or monsoon seasons. Proper window waterproofing prevents mold, wall damage, and even structural deterioration over time.

Common Window Leakage Problems
Cause | Description |
---|---|
Aged or cracked sealant | Silicone or PU sealants around the frame dry out or crack |
Poor installation | Gaps between frame and wall not sealed correctly |
Wall cracks near window | Hairline cracks allow rainwater to seep in |
Clogged weep holes | Prevent water from draining out of the window frame |
Aircon trunking leaks | Water enters through shared openings or wall penetrations |
Our Solution
PU foam treatment is commonly used for window waterproofing. The process involves injecting Polyurethane resin into cracks or gaps in the concrete around the window, then allowing it to expand and seal the area from within.
We also advise customers to engage window specialists if the leakage is due to aged or cracked sealant or poor window installation.
