Roof Top Waterproofing
Roof leaks are a nuisance for many homeowners. They can be difficult to diagnose. To make matters worse, rainy weather conditions will produce leaks in different locations. Rooftop waterproofing is critical due to the frequent rain, high humidity, and strong UV exposure. Whether it's an HDB top-floor unit, a private condo, or a landed house, effective rooftop waterproofing prevents water seepage, ceiling leaks, and structural damage.

Common Roof Top Leakage Problems
Cause | Description |
---|---|
Flat concrete roofs | Water ponding, cracks, failed membrane |
Tiled pitched roofs | Loose/missing tiles, underlayment failure |
Metal roofs | Joint leakage, corrosion, fastener holes |
Green roofs | Poor drainage, membrane damage by roots |
Our Solution
3WP/5WP is the standard method for rooftop waterproofing. These are multi-layer coating and reinforcement treatments to seal cracks and prevent water ingress. 3WP and 5WP are similar in nature. The difference is that 5WP involves more layers such as fiberglass.
For roof ridges, RC gutters, valley gutters, and roof flashing: 5WP is required. For roof tiles, 3WP is recommended.
Rooftop waterproofing job is dependent on weather. Hot and dry weather is most ideal since it allows the area to dry and cure quickly.
