Door Waterproofing
Waterproofing doors—especially main entrances, balcony doors, and toilet/kitchen doors—is important to prevent rainwater ingress, floor damage, mold, and swelling of wooden door frames.

Common Door Leakage Problems
Cause | Description |
---|---|
Balcony/Patio sliding doors | Rainwater seeps in from bottom track or sides |
HDB/Condo main doors | Water enters from corridor during heavy rain |
Toilet/kitchen doors | Water splashes cause wood frame swelling or rot |
Back/service yard doors | Poor sealing allows wind-driven rain ingress |
Our Solution
PU Grouting is a standard and affordable solution for all door types. The treatment involves applying a high-grade Polyurethane caulk around door frame edges, bottom of frame, wall joints or expansion gaps. This helps to prevent seepage between wall and door frame.
